The first part of the fantasy adventure film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I is based on J. K. Rowling’s novel of the same name and directed by David Yates. Starring Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, together with Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, the story follows the three heroes, in search of the Dark Lord.
Their quest to discover and destroy Voldemort’s secret to immortality leads them to the Ministry of Magic. Infiltrating there, the trio discovers Salazar Slytherin's locket, the first of the Horcruxes
Part I of the movie will be released in November 2010, and the second part in July 2011. The music is written by Alexandre Desplat and Conrad Pope, and the cinematography is the work of Eduardo Serra.
